Quicken®, Quickbooks™, and Mint Conversion for F&M Bank's New Online and Mobile Banking
How will F&M Bank's New Online and Mobile Banking impact my use of online financial services platforms?
Upon implementation of F&M Bank's New Online and Mobile Banking, Clients using online financial services platforms that utilize your Online and Mobile Banking credentials, such as Quicken®, Quickbooks™, and Mint, will be required to re-authenticate and relink to F&M Bank in order to use these financial services platforms on a go forward basis.
How can I prepare for the transition?
To prepare, Clients are encouraged to download transactions from the platforms they utilize by Friday, April 26, 2019. You will need to deactivate and reactivate your account as well as carefully review downloaded transactions after the reactivation. Refer to the key dates and instructions for the different platforms below to assist you through this conversion. Note: Some of the financial services platforms do not allow you to reconnect for a certain period of time. Users who attempt to connect during the service interruption will receive a system notification.
