"...a team of attorneys that helps veterans and their family members navigate the complexity of the VA system to obtain the benefits they deserve..."
Sometimes the difference between prosperity and tragedy is simply a guiding hand. For more than two decades, Marty Burbank has been that guiding hand to seniors and veterans across Southern California.
Marty is a former Navy Medical Deep-Sea Diver and founder of OC Elder Law, a team of attorneys that helps veterans and their family members navigate the complexity of the VA system to obtain the benefits they deserve, while assisting seniors with a broad array of long-term care planning services. Marty’s team also plays a critical role in finding assistance to pay for long-term skilled nursing costs.
Of course, Marty’s generosity and service are not exclusive to the senior community.
In about 10 years, more than 20 college students may be starting the first year of tuition-free college, all thanks to a promise made to them when they were in kindergarten. In 2015, Marty and his wife Seon Chun-Burbank promised a class of kindergarteners at Anaheim’s Rio Vista Elementary School that they would cover the cost of their college tuition (2 years at community college/2 years at a California State University). All they had to do was give Marty an annual update and share what their goals were for after college.
From his work with the senior community to his life-changing contributions to children, Marty Burbank has a passion for service and generous heart that is truly ageless.
Farmers & Merchants Bank has been proudly doing business with Marty Burbank for 4 years.
