F&M Bank’s upgraded RDC service will provide clients a Single Sign-On (SSO) via Business Online Banking, expanded support of additional operating systems and browsers, the ability to retrieve reports from a tablet or mobile device, and real-time image accessibility.
Do I need to move to the new RDC system?
Yes, all existing RDC clients will be required to move to the upgraded application. Our current RDC application will be decommissioned by summer 2020.
What does this mean for my current RDC profile?
Existing RDC profiles, account and access entitlements will remain the same for existing clients. However, all RDC Users will now be required to have a Business Online Banking profile (e.g, User Name and password) due to the introduction of SSO.
What if my RDC User(s) do not have a Business Online Banking User profile?
With the new RDC system, ALL RDC Users must have a Business Online Banking profile due to SSO. Business Online Banking Administrator(s) can contact F&M Bank’s Cash Management Services Department at (844) 782-7311 during business hours for assistance with creating a new Online Banking User profile for your RDC User.
Will my RDC User(s) have access to other functionality within the Business Online Banking application?
RDC User(s) will only have access to RDC functions.

Visit FMB.com/NewRDC for information such as an RDC WebScan User Installation Guide, webinar dates/times/information, how-to videos, and additional information, including system and browser requirements. RDC Users are encouraged to review all materials and attend a webinar.
What action(s) are required to upgrade to the RDC application?
F&M will provide you with a User Installation Guide that offers step-by-step instructions to complete the upgrade. In addition, webinars and a how-to video will be available.
Will there be a RDC User Guide on how to use the new RDC application?
F&M will provide you with a User Guide and how-to videos that offers step-by-step instructions on how to utilize the new RDC application.
