NEW ORANGE COUNTY REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS PLANS OPEN HOUSE EVENT ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 24TH
NEWPORT BEACH, CA (January 23, 2019) - Farmers & Merchants Bank (F&M), one of the strongest commercial and retail banks in California, announced the Grand Re-Opening of its Newport Beach location following a branch expansion project.
As the only bank in MacArthur Court, F&M expanded its foot print from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet to better accommodate local business and personal clients. The addition of affiliate Farmers and Merchants Trust Company (FMTC), occupying the East side of the office, prompted the announcement of this location as F&M’s Orange County Regional Headquarters. In addition to its new office, FMTC offers an upgraded product line, wealth management, Trust Administration and Agency accounts for individuals, attorney firms, Foundations and investment companies. The new F&M Orange County Regional Headquarters office is designed as a free flowing arrangement for Trust Services, Teller Services and Lending Services.
“This expansion continues F&M Bank’s 12-year commitment to investment in the area,” said Kathy Reed, Senior Vice President and Regional Relationship Manager at F&M Bank’s Orange County Regional Headquarters. “This new design will allow us to provide an open and engaging environment where clients can experience that special ‘F&M touch’ that we have been providing continually, since 1907.”
“This redesign represents a wonderful blending of what we know clients prefer in a branch layout, combined with the clean and engaging architecture that Orange County is known for,” said W. Henry Walker, President of F&M Bank.
The completion of the Orange County Regional Headquarters expansion marks the fourth in a series of ventures F&M has to transform existing offices. The Bank completed renovations at its Rolling Hills Estates office in 2015, its Fullerton office in 2107 and at its Rossmoor office last year.
“The Orange County Regional Headquarters location has a dedicated staff of on-site decision makers to help provide our clients with our trusted brand of handshake service that is consistent from branch-to-branch,” said Daniel Walker, Chairman of the Board and CEO of F&M Bank. “Orange County clients can expect the same level of expert service, customizable solutions, and strong values that have made Farmers & Merchants Bank California’s strongest bank for 112 years.”
The open house event will offer a complimentary lunch, while supplies last, from local favorites TK Burgers, California Pizza Mobile Kitchen and The Grilled Cheese Truck. Guests will also have an opportunity to enter a sweepstakes to win an Apple Watch. This event is open to the public and will take place on Thursday, January 24, 2019 from 11:30am to 1:30pm at 4695 MacArthur Court in Newport Beach.
