Positive Pay

Automatic detection of fraudulent checks before they are processed against your account. In-clearing checks are cross-matched against your check issued file and exceptions are presented for your review.  

  • Check Positive Pay: Each check is verified by matching it against the dollar amount, serial number, and issue status on file. Checks that don’t match are reported as exceptions. On a daily basis, you determine if those exceptions should be paid or returned.
  • Payee Match Positive Pay: Each check is verified by matching it against the payee’s name. Checks that don’t match are reported as exceptions. On a daily basis, you determine if those exceptions should be paid or returned.
  • ACHPositive Pay is a fraud prevention service that enables your business to monitor and control your ACH activities. It helps to prevent unauthorized and potentially fraudulent electronic debit/credit transactions from posting to your account with filters and blocks.
